Strong. Clear.
Built to last.
Premium virgin polycarbonate sheets engineered for glass-like clarity and near-indestructible durability — trusted by architects, builders and fabricators across India.
Engineered performance, in every sheet
Every panel is extruded from 100% virgin polycarbonate resin — no regrind, no compromise — for consistent optical, thermal and impact performance from edge to edge.
250× Impact Strength
Virtually unbreakable under hail, debris and forced impact — up to 250 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.
99% UV Protection
A co-extruded UV-resistant layer blocks 99% of harmful rays, guarding interiors and preventing yellowing over decades of sun exposure.
90% Optical Clarity
Glass-like transparency with a smooth, distortion-free finish — engineered for daylighting applications where visibility matters.
Half the Weight
At roughly half the weight of glass, sheets are easier and safer to transport, cut, handle and install — with lower structural load.
Fire-Rated Safety
Self-extinguishing, fire-retardant grades resist ignition and limit flame spread — built for public and commercial safety codes.
Cold-Bendable
Sheets can be cold-formed on site into arches and curves without heat or specialised tooling — ideal for domes and canopies.
Six surface designs. One uncompromising standard.
From crystal-clear glazing to decorative diamond and prismatic finishes, Acmar-X solid sheets are available from 1.2 mm to 12 mm and can be cut, profiled and tinted to spec.
Clear / Compact
Maximum optical clarity for glazing where visibility is priority one.
Diamond
Faceted texture that diffuses light while adding architectural detail.
Prismatic
Engineered ribs scatter daylight evenly, reducing glare and hotspots.
Embossed
Textured finish for privacy screening with a soft, translucent glow.
Fluted
Linear grooves for a directional, decorative façade or partition look.
Box Design
Grid-patterned texture for a modern, structured architectural finish.

Solid sheets, multiwall panels & fixing profiles
Solid polycarbonate in six surface designs, multiwall boards from twin-wall to X-structure, and the base & cap fixing profiles that install them — all engineered, cut and tinted to spec under one roof.
Six finishes for every design intent
Every surface design is available across our full thickness range, so aesthetics never come at the cost of performance.

Diamond
Faceted diamond-cut texture that softens direct light while adding a distinct architectural signature.
Prismatic
Micro-prism ribbing spreads daylight evenly across a space, cutting glare and hot-spotting under skylights.
Embossed
A soft embossed texture diffuses light for privacy screens, partitions and decorative panelling.
Fluted
Linear fluted grooves create a directional, tactile finish popular for façades and signage backdrops.
Box Design
A grid box pattern for a bold, modern, structured look on canopies, cladding and display panels.
1.2 mm to 12 mm — one supplier, every gauge
Whether you need a lightweight 1.2 mm sheet for signage or a heavy-duty 12 mm panel for security glazing, Acmar-X extrudes each gauge to the same tight tolerance and optical standard.
- 1.2 – 3 mm — signage, displays & light partitions
- 4 – 6 mm — skylights, canopies & roofing
- 8 – 12 mm — façade glazing, sound barriers & security
See it in your colour
Every tint is compounded into the resin — not surface-coated — so colour, UV protection and clarity hold consistent for the life of the panel. Tap a swatch to preview it on the sheet.
Preview is indicative — request a physical sample to confirm exact shade and transparency before ordering.
Request Colour SamplesLightweight, insulating panels for large-span glazing
Twin-wall, triple-wall and multi-wall (X-structure) boards — up to 80% lighter than solid sheet with far better thermal insulation, for roofs and glazed structures that need to cover more area for less structural load.
Twin-Wall
Two flat skins joined by straight internal ribs — our lightest, most economical multiwall board, ideal where clarity matters more than long spans.
Triple-Wall
Three skins and two rows of ribs — extra rigidity and insulation for longer spans, colder winters and harsher wind and snow loads.
Multi-Wall (X-Structure)
Diagonal cross-bracing between four or more skins — our most rigid, best-insulating board for heavy-duty and long-span roofing.

The hardware that finishes the install
A complete base-and-cap profile system to fix, seal and finish every multiwall or solid sheet installation — in structural aluminium or colour-matched, UV-stabilised polycarbonate. Not to be confused with turbo-ventilator base plates — this is the sheet-fixing hardware.
Base Profile
Screws directly to purlins, rafters or wall girts at fixed centres — carries the structural load and locates the sheet edge.
Cap Profile
Snaps or screws onto the base after the sheet is laid, clamping the edge, hiding fasteners and sealing the joint weatherproof.
H-Profile
Joins two adjacent sheet edges mid-span, combining base and cap in one section for clean, continuous runs.
U-Profile / End Cap
Seals the open flute ends of multiwall sheets against dust, insects and moisture, fitted with the drainage lip facing outward.
Why every multiwall install needs one
A "base plate" install is a two-part aluminium or polycarbonate system, not a single part — the base carries the structural fixing, the cap clamps and weatherproofs the joint. Together they do four jobs: fix the sheet to the frame, seal out water at every fastener line, allow for thermal expansion (polycarbonate moves roughly 2.5 mm per metre for every 55°C swing), and hide every screw head for a clean, finished look.
- Aluminium base & cap — structural-grade, for large-span roofing and façades
- Polycarbonate joiner / snap H-profile — colour-matched, UV-stabilised, for greenhouse and lighter-duty installs
- Profile widths matched to sheet thickness, from 4 mm to 32 mm

Manufacturing clarity and strength since day one
Acmar-X is the flagship polycarbonate brand of ACMAR GLOBAL LLP — built on quality-first manufacturing and transparent business practices.
A brand built around one promise: strong, clear, built to last
ACMAR GLOBAL LLP set out to make premium solid polycarbonate sheeting more accessible without ever cutting corners on material quality. That commitment became Acmar-X — a brand defined by 100% virgin resin, tightly controlled extrusion and an obsessive focus on optical and impact performance.
Today, Acmar-X sheets are specified by architects, contractors and fabricators who need a material that performs like glass in appearance but survives like a structural composite — from monsoon hail to decades of UV exposure.

Common questions
It depends on span, load and application — signage typically uses 1.2–3 mm, roofing and skylights 4–6 mm, and façade or security glazing 8–12 mm. Share your project details and our team will recommend the right gauge.
Yes — contact us with your surface design and tint preference and we'll dispatch sample cuts for testing.
Yes, we dispatch nationwide from our works at IMT Kharkhoda, Haryana. Lead times vary by destination and order size.
Absolutely — we offer in-house cutting, edge profiling and custom tinting so panels arrive site-ready.
With 99% UV blocking and virgin resin construction, Acmar-X sheets are engineered for decades of outdoor performance without yellowing or brittleness.
Solid sheet is a single dense panel — maximum clarity and impact strength in a smaller footprint. Multiwall (twin-wall, triple-wall, X-structure) is a hollow, ribbed board that's up to 80% lighter and insulates far better, making it the usual choice for large-span roofing like greenhouses, carports and skylights.
They're the base-and-cap hardware that fixes multiwall or solid sheet to your structure and seals every joint — not the same as a turbo-ventilator base plate. Any multiwall roof or façade install needs a base profile (structural fixing), a cap profile (weatherproofing) and end caps. We supply these matched to your sheet thickness.
